Do I pay upfront? No. Qualified Med Spas start with no out-of-pocket agency fee. You fund your own ad spend (minimum $75/day), and our engagement fee applies only after tracked value — including ad spend — exceeds double our fee, per our written agreement.


What counts toward the $30,000 target? Tracked sales attributed to the campaigns and systems we build — recorded paid leads and backend sales measured through the CRM, tracking, and attribution setup completed during onboarding. What counts is defined clearly in the written agreement before launch.


Why do you require $75/day in ad spend? Below that level, campaigns can't gather enough data to optimize or produce consistent lead flow. The minimum protects your results and keeps the 90-day target realistic.


What if I already have ads running? Great — we audit what's running during the Growth Diagnosis, keep what's working, and rebuild what isn't. Existing account history often makes the ramp-up faster.


What happens if the 90-day target isn't reached? If the agreed target isn't reached under the terms of the written agreement — with tracking in place, minimum ad spend maintained, and onboarding completed — our engagement fee isn't owed. You keep the infrastructure that was built: funnel, CRM, automations, and tracking.
